owell its been a long time since i blogged.
whoa. i wanna talk about my whole triathlon experience.
firstly, i t came across to em that ytd was probably my last time seeing zul, tingfang, mk, melvin, uncle daniel haha, marie!, ginny, and hmmmm and the rest!

its been seven weeks and if i suddenly dont see them every wed, fri, sat/sun. i feel so weird.
i hate to admit i enjoyed swimming in the sea on sat.
supposed to swim 200m but ended up swimming 20m becos i think the leader of the pact swam along the shore instead of perpendicular to the shore.:/ so we emergered out of the water feeling pretty energized still. ran up the bridge to our bikes and saw pwee and melvin preparing our race belts so we waited for haha awhile.
then we got it then we cycle lo.. i was the last cyclist of my age group/11!!"

nvm but on the run limpei overtook four people, which is my fav number!
then yeah lo. eh dun play play ok. two of them were boys LEHHHHH

like that lor then i sprinted to the finish behind a boy.... co she also sprint,.
and on sun, i came early with pwee and lynette to see the elites race!
omg the men were so shuai !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i almost drooled on the sand
and i think they completed 2km swim. in less than 20mins. fyi limpei takes about 1 hr to swim 1km//
and they cycle like at 55km/H!!!!!!! fyi limpei cycles at ermsssssssssssss 20 km/h???????
(maybe less than that).
heee and they run 15km in erm 45mins? i think lesser la. shud be 10km per half hour.
and fyi again. limpei takes an hour to complete 10k. hehehehehehhee
i also saw the elite women!!!!!!!

it wasnt until today that i realised i really like triathlon cos from 7pmytd to 11.30am today i had this long dream and everything seemed to revolve around ecp. particularly the transition area.
